GAJAR KA HALWA

  INGREDIENTS gajar -1 kg bay leaf-2 cardamom crushed-2 tb sp cinnamon-2 sticks clove-3/4 deshi ghee-1/2 cup sugar -250 gms condensed milk-1cup rose  water-1 tsp silver wark -1 almond cashew nut raisins pistacheo   METHOD peel, wash and grate  all the gajars  take 1/2 cup of  ghee in a deep buttomed pan and add bay leaf, cloves,and cinnamon  and  cook on medium flame now add grated gajar cook  for  1/2  hr till it   gaets soft now  add condensed moil  or mawa  add sugar   and  cook  for  5 / 7 min  add all  the  finely   chopped  nuts  add  rose  water  at last  garnish  with  chopped  nuts  and  silver  warq gajar  ka halwa  is  ready , serve  hot 

Cheese potato soup

Ingredients: ·             2lbs mashed potatoes ·         4 cups Chicken stock ·         6 Spring onion ·           Chedder Cheese(for serving) ·         salt and black pepper (seasoning) Method 1.       all you do is basically simmer all of the ingredients — minus the cheese — together until the potatoes are cooked and soft. Then puree most of the soup with an immersion blender (or you can transfer the soup to a traditional blender). 2.       Stir in some cheese until it’s nice and ooey gooey and melted. And then serve the soup warm garnished with green onions and extra cheese.     3.       Enjoy!!!  

Lemonade

Ingredients:   5 cups of cold water 1/4-1 cup of sugar Ice pinch of cinamon pinch of red chili powder(optional) pinch of black pepper 3 lemons Method : Take and squeeze 3 lemons for 1/2 a cup of lemon Juice. Put 5 cups of cold water into the container you are using. Add sugar to your water a little at a time. Mix and taste often. Put this into your refrigerator for approximately five minutes. Mix all your ingredients together while putting in the ice. Add pepper powder Enjoy! Portions: 5 Glasses of Lemonade at the most Add a pinch of cinnamon for a nice, sweet lemonade .

Watermelon and mint juice

Ingredients: 2 cups watermelon
 1/2 cup honeydew melon
 1 cucumber
 1 lime, peel and pith removed
 3/4 cup mint  pinchred chilli powder  salt to taste pinch black pepper Directions: Run all ingredients through a juicer. Pour juice into glass, and enjoy immediately. It's best to make this recipe with a slow juicer. If you do not have a slow juicer, then juice all ingredients together except mint. Use a blender to mix juice and mint together....

Chilli-lemongrass dipping sauce

Ingredients: 3 tbsp lemon grass (white core,finely chopped) 3 tbsp fresh lime juice 2 tbsp sliced green onion 1 tbsp fish sauce,lemon juice ,or soya sauce 1 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp copped fresh basil 1 1/2 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp brown sugar 2 tsp any chilli sauce of any choice Method : stir ingredients until mixed through,it is best served with oriental food  ..... you can also serve with chips/wafers or papad Happy cooking

CHATPATI DAHI

INGREDIENT yogurt-1cup  green chilli-2 ginger, and garlic-1/2 tsp chopped green corinder-1  tb sp ,finely  chopped chat masala-1/4 tsp rock salt powder-1/4  tsp mint leave-1 tb sp redchilly powder, roasted cumin seed powder salt to  taste METHOD wheep yogurt for 2 to 3 minute  along with corinder, mint leave,ginger,garlic,chat masala , rock salt and salt now sprinkle cumin powder, chilly powder

METHI PALAK PARATHA

Ingredients: Wheat Flour –3 cup roasted gram flour,or sattu– 1/2 cup musturd Oil – 3 tsp,  fresh palak leave – 3 cups, chopped, blanched fresh methi   leave– 3 cup, chopped,blanched Green Chillies – 3,finely chopped Ginger – 1/2 inch piece,  finely chopped Aniseed – 1/2 tsp dhania powder-1/2 tsp jeera powder-1/4 tsp  redchilli powder-1/4tsp chat masala -1/2 tsp  yogurt - 1/2 cup or aamchur powder -1/2 tsp a pinch of  hing  green corinder -1/2 cup, finely chopped kasoori methi -1/4 cup oil for frying salt  to  taste Method:   1 .boil finely chopped palak  and methi leaves with a little bit  of  salt on medium flame 2 Mix wheat flour, sattu, 3 tsp oil , blanched palak and methi leave 3. Form a smooth dough adding very little water. 4. Cover dough and set aside. 5. Divide dough into large lemon-sized bals, roll into a thick circle  and  all the  above  men...
