METHI PALAK PARATHA

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour –3 cup
roasted gram flour,or sattu– 1/2 cup
musturd Oil – 3 tsp, fresh palak leave – 3 cups, chopped, blanched
fresh methi   leave– 3 cup, chopped,blanched
Green Chillies – 3,finely chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece,  finely chopped
Aniseed – 1/2 tsp
dhania powder-1/2 tsp
jeera powder-1/4 tsp 
redchilli powder-1/4tsp
chat masala -1/2 tsp 
yogurt - 1/2 cup or aamchur powder -1/2 tsp
a pinch of  hing 
green corinder -1/2 cup, finely chopped
kasoori methi -1/4 cup
oil for frying
salt  to  taste
Method:
 1.boil finely chopped palak  and methi leaves with a little bit  of  salt on medium flame

2 Mix wheat flour, sattu, 3 tsp oil , blanched palak and methi leave
3. Form a smooth dough adding very little water.
4. Cover dough and set aside.
5. Divide dough into large lemon-sized bals, roll into a thick circle 
and  all the  above  mentioned ingredients

6. now make  small n thin  parathas

7. Heat tawa and put the paratha on it.use  1 tsp of oil while cooking paratha

8. Cook on a low flame till done,
9. When brown spots start to appear, 
10. Turn over, fry the other side.
11. Serve hot with raitha or chutney,  or  aloo ki sukhi subji
