GAJAR KA HALWA

  INGREDIENTS
  • gajar -1 kg
  • bay leaf-2
  • cardamom crushed-2 tb sp
  • cinnamon-2 sticks
  • clove-3/4
  • deshi ghee-1/2 cup
  • sugar -250 gms
  • condensed milk-1cup
  • rose  water-1 tsp
  • silver wark -1
  • almond
  • cashew nut
  • raisins
  • pistacheo  
METHOD
  • peel, wash and grate  all the gajars 
  • take 1/2 cup of  ghee in a deep buttomed pan and add bay leaf, cloves,and cinnamon  and  cook on medium flame
  • now add grated gajar cook  for  1/2  hr till it   gaets soft
  • now  add condensed moil  or mawa 
  • add sugar   and  cook  for  5 / 7 min 
  • add all  the  finely   chopped  nuts 
  • add  rose  water 
  • at last  garnish  with  chopped  nuts  and  silver  warq
  • gajar  ka halwa  is  ready , serve  hot
