GAJAR KA HALWA
INGREDIENTS
- gajar -1 kg
- bay leaf-2
- cardamom crushed-2 tb sp
- cinnamon-2 sticks
- clove-3/4
- deshi ghee-1/2 cup
- sugar -250 gms
- condensed milk-1cup
- rose water-1 tsp
- silver wark -1
- almond
- cashew nut
- raisins
- pistacheo
METHOD
- peel, wash and grate all the gajars
- take 1/2 cup of ghee in a deep buttomed pan and add bay leaf, cloves,and cinnamon and cook on medium flame
- now add grated gajar cook for 1/2 hr till it gaets soft
- now add condensed moil or mawa
- add sugar and cook for 5 / 7 min
- add all the finely chopped nuts
- add rose water
- at last garnish with chopped nuts and silver warq
- gajar ka halwa is ready , serve hot
