Bitter gourd pakoda


Bitter gourd are very useful for our body.it promotes secretion of insulin .thats why this is very useful for diabetes patients .so don't hesitate to take it.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • Bitter gourd-200 gm
  • gram flour-1 tbsp
  • cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1-4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil for  frying
  • METHOD
  • take gram flour,turmeric powder, redchilli powder, cumin powderand salt
  • cut bitter gourd in ring
  • now add the ingrediants
  • deep fry them
  • serve hot  with rice
