Bitter gourd pakoda
Bitter gourd are very useful for our body.it promotes secretion of insulin .thats why this is very useful for diabetes patients .so don't hesitate to take it.
- INGREDIENTS
- Bitter gourd-200 gm
- gram flour-1 tbsp
- cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
- turmeric powder-1-4 tsp
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
- METHOD
- take gram flour,turmeric powder, redchilli powder, cumin powderand salt
- cut bitter gourd in ring
- now add the ingrediants
- deep fry them
- serve hot with rice
